• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Unauthorized access attempts targeting the platform's security or systems.
• Harassment or fraudulent behaviour towards other users.

33bet app reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities or violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete verification or submission of false information.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In that case, any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with withdrawal rules, provided no violations have occurred.

33bet app strives to keep its services uninterrupted and error-free; however, 33bet app accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity disruptions.

• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure events.

33bet app reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
• If a user disagrees with any changes to the terms, they may request account closure.
